Brenda's background is in sales with over fifteen years experience including three as a realtor. Three years ago she decided to make the switch to administrative support -- first working at the ReeceNichols South office and now Overland Park. She's the first person buyers and sellers see when they walk into our office. Besides answering phones and providing general office support, she also manages listing contracts. She ensures paperwork is complete, inputs information into the MLS as needed, scans sellers' disclosures into the system plus maintains property files. And, she does it all with a smile.
Judy Carnes, Office Administrator
Judy has been with ReeceNichols over sixteen years having worked first at our corporate office in advertising and HR then our Olathe and Overland Park offices as administrative support. She's a wealth of knowledge and is always ready to help solve a problem or find the answer you need. She's our go-to person for everything pertaining to the facility, equipment and supplies. She also has the responsibility of helping new agents get started on the right foot as well as ensuring that all other agents remain appropriately licensed. Like Brenda, she provides general office support to the broker and agents alike plus manages listing contracts.
Nathan Belcher, Contract Admin
Nathan has over two years experience with ReeceNichols having previously graduated from KU. Without him, a real estate sale would never occur. He ensures that sale contracts include all appropriately signed forms plus tracks the contracts through closing. He scans all paperwork into our system getting information to the right company personnel plus maintains contract files, orders title work and accounts for earnest money deposits. As with his counterparts, he provides general office support to the entire office.
